Prepare a premix of Phase A and heat up to 65°C. Add Phase B to Phase A. Homogenize Phase AB with high shear while holding temperature at 65°C. Add ingredients of Phase C to Phase AB with medium shear. Allow to cool down. Mix the ingredients of Phase D until they are dissolved, then add Phase D to Phase ABC. The final texture will be reached after ~24 hours. PROPERTIES: Appearance: Colored Glitter Mousse. Stability: 3 times Freeze/thaw test, 4 weeks RT/45°C
